Kathy Pham

VP Events

Kathy is a Human Resources Management major completing her final year with a minor in Marketing. As she has several years of event planning experience, she joined UARC to learn more about the real estate industry and what opportunities there are by being involved with the various events! Aside from academics and extracurriculars, Kathy is also the Campus Ambassador for CPHR Alberta and is more than excited to continue to connect with students across the business faculty whether it be through her passion for HR or her new perspective on real estate. When she is not engaging in academics, Kathy loves to travel the world to learn new cultures, but most importantly, to try new foods!

Coleman is a Finance Major completing the Certificate in Real Estate Program. He currently works for Canderel Management (West) Inc. and has been able to gain insight into the intricacies of the daily workings of a commercial real estate firm. Having a great interest in the financial aspects of the industry, Coleman felt it would be beneficial for him to join the University of Alberta Real Estate Club and gain insight into the careers of real estate professionals. Coleman is looking to start a career in commercial real estate appraisal and to further his education by completing the Real Property Valuation certification through the UBC Sauder School of Business upon graduation.
